Cambia Managed Capital Advisory, Inc. ("Cambia") maintains that the protecting the confidential information of its contracted clients is a core principle of the firm.
Categories of Non-Public Personal Information that Cambia collects include:
1) Information supplied by the client from application forms, including name, address, date of birth, tax identification number, marital status, tax rates, assets and financial information.
2) Information about the clients' transactions with Cambia, and other affiliated or non-affiliated third parties.
The above Non-Public Personal Information may be disclosed to financial services providers as legally required for them to provide services on the the client's behalf.
Cambia will not disclose any Non-Public Personal Information to non-financial companies, service providers or joint marketers unless directed by you or required by law.
Access to Non-Public Personal Information is restricted to Cambia employees. Security practices and procedures are in place to ensure confidentiality including physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.
This privacy policy will be maintained after the termination of contractual agreements with Cambia. Further, Cambia will provide notice of any changes to this policy.
